
Baked Potato with Paprika Sauce, Fish Eggs, and Mayo

Ingredients
| Potatoes | 2 heads |
| Unsalted butter | 40 g. |
| Salt | 10 g. |
| Parsley for sprinkle | |
| Some amount of water |
Ingredients of Paprika Mayo Sauce with Fish Egg
| Paprika Seasoning Powder (Happy Choice brand) | 1 tsp. |
| Mayonnaise | 2 tbsp. |
| Fish egg | 1 tbsp. |
Cooking
1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, pierce them with fork all over, and rub unsalted butter over the entire skin.
2. Place the potatoes on a plate, add some water, and microwave on high power for about 5 minutes. Remove from the microwave, turn them over, and microwave for another 3-5 minutes.
3. In a bowl, Whisk unsalted butter and salt until the butter is fluffy.
4. Remove the potatoes on step 2 from the microwave and cut them into four equal parts. Scoop the butter on step 3 into the center of each portion and sprinkle with parsley or black pepper as desired.
For the sauce : Mix mayonnaise, Fish egg, and Paprika Seasoning Powder (Happy Choice brand). Mix well and serve with the baked potatoes.
