Sam-Kler Seasoning Chicken Breast Meatballs with Riceberry

Sam-Kler Seasoning Powder (Happy Choice brand) 40 g.
Skinless chicken breast, cut into pieces 1 kg.
Granulated sugar 20 g.
Baking soda 5 g.
Cooked Riceberry rice 100 g.
Salt 5 g.
Tapioca starch 20 g.
Light soy sauce 20 g.

 1.  Grind 1 kg. of chicken breast until fine. Add Sam-Kler Seasoning Powder (Happy Choice brand), cooked riceberry rice, salt, light soy sauce, granulated sugar, baking soda, and tapioca starch. Blend until smooth and sticky. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

 2.  Boild water in the pot, then reduce heat to low. Shape the chicken mixture on step 1 into meatballs and cook in boilded water until cooked. Drain and reduce heat in cold water. Serve as desired

 3.  The meatballs can be served in a salad, soup, or with your favorite dipping sauce.
