
Spicy Salmon Salad

Ingredients
Mala Seasoning Powder (Happy Choice brand) | 2 tbsp. |
Nam Pla Wan Spicy Dipping (Happy Choice brand) | 40 g. |
Salmon | 500 g. |
Lemongrass, thinly sliced | ½ cup |
Lime juice | 1 tbsp. |
Kaffir lime leaves, thinly sliced | ½ cup |
Mint leaves, for garnish | |
Chili peppers | 10 |
Shallots, thinly sliced | ½ cup |
Garlic, thinly sliced | ½ cup |
All-purpose flour | 1 cup |
Cooking
1. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and coat them in all-purpose flour. Fry in oil until cooked through and drain on paper towels.
2. Combine 40 grams Nam Pla Wan Spicy Dipping (Happy Choice brand) and 2 teaspoons Mala Seasoning Powder (Happy Choice brand) with lemongrass, shallots, chili peppers, kaffir lime leaves,sliced garlic, and lime juice. Mix well.
3. Toss the salmon salad with the dressing on step 2 and serve immediately.
