Grilled Corn with Cheese

Cheesy Cheese Seasoning (Happy Choice brand)
Corn 2 Ears of corn
Unsalted butter 2 tbsp.
Salt ½ tsp.
Italian seasoning 1 tsp.
Coarsely ground black pepper 1 tsp.

 1.  Husk the corn and cut it lengthwise into four sections.

 2.  In a bowl, add unsalted butter, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.

 3.  Grill the corn on a stovetop, brushing the seasoned butter mixture on step 1 over the corn, grill until evenly cooked.

 4.  Serve on a plate and sprinkle with Cheesy Cheese Seasoning Powder (Happy Choice brand).
