Grilled Sam-Kler Beef with Jaew Dipping Sauce

Sam-Kler Seasoning Sauce (Happy Choice brand)  60 g.
Beef chuck 800 g.
Brandy 20 g.
Skewers
Tamarind pulp 250 g.
Palm sugar 65 g.
Fish sauce 60 g.
Ground chili 5 g.
Roasted rice 7 g.
Shallots, thinly sliced 50 g.
Coriander and dill, thinly sliced together 10 g.

 1.  Sprinkle salt on the beef chuck and rub it gently. Rinse it with clean water and pat it dry.

 2.  Cut the 800 grams of beef chuck into pieces. Marinate it with Sam-Kler Seasoning Sauce (Happy Choice brand) and brandy. Mix well and marinate for about 30 minutes.

 3.  Skewer the marinated beef and grill it to your desired doneness Serve with Jaew Dipping Sauce..

Jaew Dipping Sauce

 1.  Combine tamarind juice, palm sugar, and fish sauce. Cook over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves and the sauce thickens slightly.

 2.  Remove from heat and let cool. .

 3.  Add shallots, dill, coriander, ground chili, and roasted glutaneous rice. Mix well and ready to serve.
