Lime and Shrimp spicy Salad

Sweet Shrimp Paste Dipping (Happy Choice brand)  205 g.
Peeled fresh shrimp 6-7
Ground chili 2 tsp.
Roasted glutaneous rice 1 tbsp.
Fish sauce 1 tsp.
Limes 3 limes
Shallots, thinly sliced 4 pulp
Red and green chili peppers 10
Mint leaves, for garnish

 1.  Wash the limes and cut them into small pieces.

 2.  Prepare the dressing by combining Sweet Shrimp Paste Dipping (Happy Choice brand), fish sauce, roasted glutenious rice, and ground chili. Add the sliced chili peppers, chopped limes, and shallots, and mix well.

 3.  Add the fresh shrimp to the dressing and toss to coat evenly.

 4.  Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
