Mix French fries with cheese dip

Cheesy Cheese Seasoning Powder (Happy Choice brand)
Potatoes 400 g.
Sweet potatoes 300 g.
Purple sweet potatoes 300 g.
Corn syrup ½ cup
Water 500 g.
Oregano for sprinkling
Vegetable oil 1.5 liters

 1.  Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes, sweet potatoes, and purple sweet potatoes into strips.

 2.  In a bowl, combine corn syrup and water. Mix well. Soak the cut potatoes on step1 in the mixture for 3 minutes, then drain and pat dry. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

 3.  Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot until it reaches 350°F (175°C). Fry the potatoes on step 2 for about 90 seconds, or until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

 4.  Sprinkle the fries with Cheesy Cheese Seasoning Powder (Happy Choice brand) and oregano. Serve with cheese dip.
