Paprika Fried Shallots

Paprika Seasoning (Happy Choice brand) 1 tbsp.
Large onions 3
All-purpose flour 250 g.
Oregano 2 tsp.
Garlic powder 2 tsp.
Salt 1 ½ tsp.
Black pepper 1 tsp.
Whole milk 1 cup
2 Eggs

 1.  Peel the onions and remove the root, leaving the bottom end attached. Carefully slice the onions into 16 equal sections without cutting through the bottom.

 2.  In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and Paprika Seasoning (Happy Choice brand). Mix well.

 3.  In a separate bowl, whisk 2 eggs and whole milk.

 4.  Dip the onions into the mixture on step 3, coating them evenly both inside the slices and on the outside of the onions. After that redo it with the mixture flour on step 2.

 5.  Heat oil in a deep fryer or large saucepan to 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit). Fry the onion on step 4 until the batter is golden brown, then remove from the oil and drain.

 6.  Sprinkled with Paprika Seasoning Powder (Happy Choice brand). Ready to serve.
