
Sam-Kler Rice Porridge with Ground Pork and Shiitake Mushrooms

Ingredients
Sam-Kler Seasoning Powder (Happy Choice brand) | 30 g. |
Ground pork | 300 g. |
Dried shiitake mushrooms | 15 g. |
Light soy sauce | 1 tbsp. |
Vegetable oil | 3 tbsp. |
Water | 700 g. |
Cooked rice | 2 cups |
Sesame oil | 1-2 tbsp. |
Ground white pepper | ½ tsp. |
Chopped Celery | ½ cup |
Chopped spring onion | 1/4 cup |
Fried garlic | 1/4 cup |
Cooking
1. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add ground pork and season with Sam-Kler Seasoning Powder (Happy Choice brand) stir until cooked.
2. Add shiitake mushrooms, light soy sauce, and water, and cooked rice into the pot.
3. Reduce heat to low, cover the pot, and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the water is reduce and the porridge is thick. Open the lid and add sesame oil and celery.
4. Serve in a bowl and garnish with extra chopped spring onion, fried garlic, and white pepper.
