Shrimp Ha Kao with Rice paper wrap

Sam-Kler Seasoning Powder (Happy Choice brand) 1 tbsp.
Shrimp 450 g.
Pork belly 130 g.
Sesame oil 15 g.
Egg white 25 g.
Cornstarch 15 g.
Rice paper wrap for wrapping

 1.  Wash and peel the shrimp thoroughly. Remove the black vein of shrimp, then Roughly chop the shrimp.

 2.  In a bowl, add ground pork belly, 25 grams egg white, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Mix well, then add Sam-Kler Seasoning Powder (Happy Choice brand). Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.

 3.  Dip a Rice paper wrap in water, place a spoonful of the filling on step 2 in the center, and fold it into a dumpling shape.

 4.  Steam dumpling on step 3 over high heat for about 10 minutes, or until cooked.

 5.  Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice.
