Spicy mango salad with crispy fish.

Nam Pla Wan Spicy Dipping (Happy Choice brand) 205 g.
Sour ripe mangoes 1-2 mangoes
Shallots 80 g.
Chili powder
Crispy fish 100 g.
Dried shrimp floss 20 g.
Roasted peanuts 100 g.
Red and green chili peppers

 1.  Wash, peel, and julienne the mango.

 2.  In a bowl, add Nam Pla Wan Spicy Dipping (Happy Choice brand), the julienned mango, dried shrimp floss, shallots, chili powder and chili peppers as much as you like, and mix well.

 3.  Serve the mango salad with crispy fish and roasted peanuts as desired.
