
Spicy mango salad with crispy fish.

Ingredients
Nam Pla Wan Spicy Dipping (Happy Choice brand) | 205 g. |
Sour ripe mangoes | 1-2 mangoes |
Shallots | 80 g. |
Chili powder | |
Crispy fish | 100 g. |
Dried shrimp floss | 20 g. |
Roasted peanuts | 100 g. |
Red and green chili peppers |
Cooking
1. Wash, peel, and julienne the mango.
2. In a bowl, add Nam Pla Wan Spicy Dipping (Happy Choice brand), the julienned mango, dried shrimp floss, shallots, chili powder and chili peppers as much as you like, and mix well.
3. Serve the mango salad with crispy fish and roasted peanuts as desired.
