Steamed Shrimp with Glass Noodles

Sam-Kler Seasoning Sauce (Happy Choice brand) 1 tbsp.
Soaked and cut glass noodles 1 cup
Whole large shrimp with shells 4
Slices of bacon (or more) 4 pcs.
Slices of ginger 5 pcs.
Stalk of celery, cut into short pieces 1 cup
Soy sauce 1 tbsp.
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp.
Sugar ½tbsp.
Sesame oil 1 tsp.
Water ¼ cup

 

 1.  Combine oyster sauce, seasoning sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and Sam-Kler Seasoning Happy Choice brand). Mix well. Add water and mix again.

 2.  Mix ⅔ of the seasoning sauce mixture on step 1 with the glass noodles until evenly coated.

 3.  Arrange bacon slices and ginger slices in a nonstick pan. Add the glass noodles, pour over the remaining seasoning sauce, add dried shiitake mushrooms and shrimps, and 1/3 sauce on step 1. Cover with a lid.

 4.  Cook over medium heat until the glass noodles and shrimp are cooked through. Garnish with celery and serve immediately.
