
Steamed Shrimp with Glass Noodles

Ingredients
Sam-Kler Seasoning Sauce (Happy Choice brand) | 1 tbsp. |
Soaked and cut glass noodles | 1 cup |
Whole large shrimp with shells | 4 |
Slices of bacon (or more) | 4 pcs. |
Slices of ginger | 5 pcs. |
Stalk of celery, cut into short pieces | 1 cup |
Soy sauce | 1 tbsp. |
Oyster sauce | 1 tbsp. |
Sugar | ½tbsp. |
Sesame oil | 1 tsp. |
Water | ¼ cup |
Cooking
1. Combine oyster sauce, seasoning sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and Sam-Kler Seasoning Happy Choice brand). Mix well. Add water and mix again.
2. Mix ⅔ of the seasoning sauce mixture on step 1 with the glass noodles until evenly coated.
3. Arrange bacon slices and ginger slices in a nonstick pan. Add the glass noodles, pour over the remaining seasoning sauce, add dried shiitake mushrooms and shrimps, and 1/3 sauce on step 1. Cover with a lid.
4. Cook over medium heat until the glass noodles and shrimp are cooked through. Garnish with celery and serve immediately.
