Sweet Pork with Sam-Kler Sauce

Sam-Kler Seasoning Sauce (Happy Choice brand)  3 tbsp.
Pork belly 300 g.
Pork shoulder 200 g.
Dark soy sauce 1 tbsp.
Sweet dark soy sauce 2 tbsp.
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp.
Palm sugar 3 tbsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Shallots, thinly sliced 4 bulb
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp.

 1.  Cut the 300 grams of pork belly and 200 grams of pork shoulder into small pieces.

 2.  Marinate the pork with 3 tablespoons Sam-Kler Seasoning Sauce (Happy Choice brand), 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons sweet dark soy sauce. Mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.

 3.  Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add 4 chopped shallots and stir-fry until softened. Add 3 tablespoons palm sugar and 1 tablespoon sugar and cook until caramelized.

 4.  Add the marinated pork on step 2 and stir-fry until cooked and the sauce is reduced.

 5.  Serve the sweet pork on a plate garnished with coriander and rice.
